Seeking support between sessions? We understand that financial constraints or time limitations can sometimes hinder you from accessing the help you need. Our focused session aims to develop new therapy skills or address a specific topic in alignment with your treatment goals. Available in-person, via telehealth, or by phone for your convenience. Must have one 60 or 90 minute therapy appointment within a month prior to this appointment. Price: $40
