Sacred Wellness Commons

Our Sacred Wellness Commons is a versatile space, coming October 2024, designed to nurture creativity and wellness, providing an inviting atmosphere for yoga classes, workshops, coworking, and community events.

This multipurpose environment encourages individuals to gather, share, and grow together, fostering a profound sense of connection and balance.

The space also includes a private room that can be used for group or family therapy, smaller trainings, or conference room meetings. Access to this room can be added on for an additional fee or rented separately.

Whether you are seeking a tranquil spot for your yoga practice or a vibrant setting for collaborative events, Sacred Wellness Commons serves as a beacon of support and empowerment for the community.

We will help you market your public events in this space through our social media pages and website calendar.

    For counseling, each room is thoughtfully designed to ensure a consistent ambiance for uninterrupted sessions. Furnished with a couch and chairs, they provide the ideal setting for individual or couples' therapy. Need more space? Our small conference room is perfect for family sessions.

    In our bodywork rooms, you'll find everything you need – from a massage table and stool to soothing music and warm hand towels. Stay tuned – we're working on adding an onsite washer and dryer soon to make your visit even more convenient.

    We strive to enhance your experience by minimizing noise disruptions with customized walls and hallway sound machines.

  • When your clients arrive, our waiting space welcomes them with amenities to help them relax. From light snacks and coffee to teas and water, we aim to make them feel at ease. Depending on the season, they can enjoy hot or cold hand towels infused with gentle essential oils, designed to wash away their day's stress and prepare them for treatment.

    Receive a personalized Professional Directory Listing along with a professional headshot session at the esteemed Christy Janeczko Studio in Bloomer, WI. During this 15-minute session, you'll receive two high-resolution digital negatives featuring two outfits and light retouching.

    Elevate will utilize these images for your directory listing and promotional activities. Additionally, you'll have access to these photos for your website and marketing purposes! Christy is delighted to accommodate any additional photo orders or upgrades to her branding session options.

  • Running a business can be tough, and sometimes, the biggest obstacle is ourselves. That's where our monthly peer advisory groups come in.

    These structured, confidential meetings bring service professionals together to discuss business challenges, seek support, and celebrate successes.

  • We collaborate with top Chippewa Valley experts to guide you in mastering strategies that bolster your business at every lifecycle stage. Our training spans financial projections, tax insights, legal guidance, exit strategies, marketing tactics, and beyond.

  • Ascend members enjoy a four hour block each week. These slots are reserved in four-hour increments unless specified otherwise on a case-by-case basis.

    Should Ascend members need more time beyond their weekly allowance, they can book extra hours at the applicable treatment room rate, up to one month in advance. While we strive to accommodate preferred times by managing membership numbers, specific time blocks cannot be guaranteed or reserved. Members must proactively secure their preferred room rental slots, with real-time updates accessible to all.

  • In the business of helping others, unexpected situations can arise. If you need more time with a client, you have options: add an extra hour in your calendar, switch to another available treatment room, or request to use a staff member's office or meeting room. This can all be completed on our member app quickly in real time. We'll make sure you have the private space you need.

  • We know that no-shows and late-cancels happen. We allow for one private room cancellation a month without charge up to the room rental start time (but the more notice the better). After the one complementary cancellation, the room will be charged in full for any cancellations within 24 hours of rental start time. The complementary cancellation policy does not apply to the Sacred Wellness space.

    Scared Wellness space rentals (workshop or meeting room) must be canceled two weeks in advance for full reimbursement. Half of the reimbursement would be provided if canceled up to one week before the scheduled event. No reimbursement is provided for the same week cancellation.

  • All memberships are billed monthly through our app, offering flexibility to start on any day with prorated charges for the first month for the monthly membership fee. The first bill will include the initiation fee. Subsequent billing occurs on the first of each month for the upcoming membership period, which you can self manage through the app.

    Any add-on space rentals will be billed at booking. Credit will be provided if the rental falls within the complementary cancellation policy.

  • Generally speaking, no! You will not have to sign a lease to use our space unless you are utilizing our full private room rental program.

    If you cancel your membership, the provider directory posting will be removed from public view at the end of your membership term.

    You are part of a contract when partnering with our Elevate Wellness Alliance program. This is only open to our members and we want to ensure stability in provider relationships for the clients. Details of this contract will be provided if you choose to sign up after our pilot program is complete.

  • EWAP, currently in pilot mode, is designed to empower small and medium-sized businesses by offering them an unparalleled opportunity to enhance their employee benefits package through direct contracting. This initiative aims to provide immediate access to top-tier mental health care, massage, and energy work services (that is you!), setting a new standard for workplace wellness and employee support.

    As the provider you will be contracted as a 1099-independent contractor and paid a set reimbursement rate for services rendered. We aim to reimburse better than most national ‘gig’ work.
