Meet Natalie Brown
-
I help clients understand how their past affects their present, empowering them to break free from repetitive patterns and regain control of their lives.
-
The more you avoid unwanted emotions in your life, the louder they become and the more they seep into your day-to-day. Sitting with them, accepting them, and understanding them is vital to healing.
-
I’ve seen and experienced what can happen when unprocessed emotions and hidden thoughts take over, and I think this goes unnoticed too often in our world. I want to help people feel seen, heard, and understood while empowering them to understand themselves and find peace in what they uncover along the way.
-
I spent most of my life chasing experiences and achievements that could distract me from my emotions, until the hurt demanded to be felt. I didn’t know what I was chasing until I learned I was running from the pain of my experiences and hiding from my own core beliefs. This realization changed the narrative I had created about my past, allowed me to release the emotions I had been avoiding for so long (with lots of practice of course), and helped me create an understanding of myself that I didn’t know was possible. Now, my motivation is to guide others through their own process and be a constant support so they don’t have to walk alone.

I continue to practice releasing emotions and allowing grace for myself instead of pushing them down and carrying on. I also work actively to challenge negative thought patterns in times of stress.
